Been real busy personally. I’m just going to give you a condensed version of the past two days.

THE GAMES

DETROIT PISTONS 96 (28-29) @ CLEVELAND CAVALIERS 88 (40-15)

INDIANA PACERS 93 (30-26) @ MIAMI HEAT 101 (32-24) (OT)

Monta Ellis missed a free throw late that could’ve won the game. The Heat then went on to outscore the Pacers, 13-5, in the extra period.

LOS ANGELES LAKERS 101 (11-47) @ MILWAUKEE BUCKS 108 (24-33)

Even though the final score was close, the Bucks led the Lakers by 25 going into the fourth. Giannis Antetokounmpo had a triple-double that wrecked the Lakers.

BEHIND THE LINES
Giannis Antetokounmpo (MIL): 27 pts, 12 rebs, 10 assts, 4 blks, 3 stls.
Nick Young (LAL): 19 pts.

BOSTON CELTICS 122 (33-25) @ MINNESOTA TIMBERWOLVES 124 (18-39)

We know the Wolves are horrid at home and they nearly lost a 10-point lead a minute and a half left in the game. Marcus Smart missed a game-winner that could’ve completed a miraculous comeback but the puppies held on.

BEHIND THE LINES
Gorgui Dieng (MIN): 17 pts, 12 rebs.

02/24/2016

ORLANDO MAGIC 124 (25-30) @ PHILADELPHIA 76ERS 115 (8-48)

The Magic increased their lead to double digits in the fourth and the Sixers didn’t have enough firepower… well, of course, they didn’t.

NEW ORLEANS PELICANS 89 (22-34) @ WASHINGTON WIZARDS 109 (26-29)

The Pelicans wished Anthony Davis followed up his 59-point performance with another epic game. He equaled his board total from his previous contest with 20 but he was hounded all game by the Wizards as he only scored 9 points. Wiz took advantage and blew them out.

SACRAMENTO KINGS 114 (24-31) @ DENVER NUGGETS 110 (22-35)

Rudy Gay (SAC): 16 pts, 10 rebs, 3 blks, 4 stls.
Will Barton (DEN): 18 pts, 6 rebs.

HOUSTON ROCKETS 114 (28-29) @ UTAH JAZZ 117 (28-28) (OT)

Gordon Hayward split his free throws, which gave the Rockets a chance being only down three. Jason Terry made a three to tie to send the game to OT. In the OT, the Jazz led by three again but this time, Trevor Ariza and Terry couldn’t sink the game-tying three. Rockets drop out of the top eight in the West.

BEHIND THE LINES
Rodney Hood (UTA): 18 pts, 5 assts, 5 stls.
