The exciting Hawks guard injured his ankle against Miami in the second quarter of their game. He, unfortunately, landed on Justise Winslow‘s foot and had to be helped off the court. Young wouldn’t return to the game. But the X-rays didn’t show anything bad.
He’ll miss their rematch with the Heat on Thursday. And then Atlanta will have a whopping four days off before they take the court against the San Antonio Spurs on Tuesday, November 5th. Trae could be back by then.
Trae Young is averaging 26.8 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 7.3 assists per game while going .500 on his three-pointers. His stats were definitely fudged by his leaving early in the fourth game. He averaged 38.5-7-9 in his first two games.
Here’s to a quick recovery for Trae.
