Power Rankings can be really stupid. So stupid that The No-Look Pass just had to have “Stupid Power Rankings.”
This feature is usually on every Monday. Disagree with the rankings? Well, we already prefaced that these are stupid. Just have fun with these as I rank these however I feel where they stupidly belong.

1) Pro Basketball In L.A.
So the Clippers have won six straight and went 4-0 in the last week. By the way, they were all without Blake Griffin. Meanwhile, the Lakers won three straight (which is their first time since February) and are putting out highlight plays. What the heck is going on here?

2) Draymond Green Is Messing Around
Draymond Green is getting MVP murmurs now after getting two straight triple-doubles in the last week. He’s basically bailed out the Warriors when Stephen Curry was out with an injury. Too bad, he didn’t do that against Dallas.

3) Jimmy Butler Is Cookin’
Jimmy Butler has been on a roll. Not only did he make a game-winning tip-in against the Pacers but he also scored 40 points in the second half against the Raptors. That broke the most points in a half for the team that was owned by Michael Jordan.
His NBA journey has been incredible.

4) The DeMarcus Cousins Kid
The LeBron James kid has been, uh, acquired by the Sacramento Kings. The kid is now reppin’ Boogie Cousins for his all-star campaign. BRILLIANT.

5) Jordan Clarkson Is Dunking
Not only did he do that little special on Alex Len but the guy who might be the greatest Filipino basketball player of all-time also gave a jam sandwich to Marvin Williams. It’s been a good week for anything Laker-related; it’s kind of strange.

6) Damian Lillard Is A Very Good Interviewer
Damian Lillard is multitalented. He’s an all-star in the NBA and he’s very good at rapping. Add interviewing to the list of things he’s very good at.
We’d just rather see you on the court for now, though. You can interview players after your NBA career is over.

7) Paul George Literally Playing Until The Final Buzzer
I mean, I get it but, at the same time, it’s probably not necessary. You’re up by 12 with like five seconds left and it’s inconsequential for your team if your opponent does anything positive. And, seriously, you can hurt somebody. Coaches are going to love that you’re end to end until the end but in the end, enough is seriously enough.
At the same token, there’s no need for what Marcus Morris did in this situation, either.

8) Golden State Warriors Losing Their Second Game
Hey, I just like historic things, okay? Not a fan of Warriors but I recognize if there’s something special. Damn you, Mavericks!

This CANNOT feel good. Dwight, work on your passing.

10) Season-Ending Injuries
Eric Bledsoe and Jarrett Jack, we’re all rooting for you to both have a speedy recovery. And shoutout to Kenneth Faried, who was in a frightening situation that involved his neck right before the Warriors/Nuggets game ended. Glad you’re okay.
