This is the Hangover. We get basketball-wasted all the time. Yes, we recap the NBA every night in our own way.

The two final games before the all-star break! Here we go.

THE GAMES

WASHINGTON WIZARDS 92 (23-28) @ MILWAUKEE BUCKS 99 (22-32)

Khris Middleton had a huge game for the deer. First, he made a three that gave the Bucks the lead. He also was a playmaker, giving Giannis Antetokounmpo the pass that led a three-point play. Finally, Middleton made a short J to give the Bucks a five-point lead. For good measure, Greg Monroe made a lay-up from another pass from Khris.

And we are still puzzled by the Wizards.

BEHIND THE LINES
Khris Middleton (MIL): 27 pts, 6 rebs, 9 asst, 5 stls.
Giannis Antetokounmpo (MIL): 17 pts, 13 rebs.
Marcin Gortat (WAS): 14 pts, 10 rebs.
John Wall (WAS): 15 pts, 10 assts.
Bradley Beal (WAS): 19 pts, 5 assts.

NEW ORLEANS PELICANS 95 (20-33) @ OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER 121 (40-14)

The Thunder finished the game by the third quarter as their stars got some rest going into the break. Russell Westbrook nearly got a triple-double as the Thunder overwhelmed the birds. OKC also outscored the Pelicans by 27 points behind the arc so whether the old-timers like it or not, the three-pointer does make a difference in the game.

BEHIND THE LINES
Serge Ibaka (OKC): 18 pts, 7 rebs, 3 blks.
Enes Kanter (OKC): 11 pts, 12 rebs.
Russell Westbrook (OKC): 23 pts, 9 rebs, 10 assts.
Kevin Durant (OKC): 23 pts, 6 assts.
Jrue Holiday (NO): 23 pts, 6 assts, 5 stls.
Anthony Davis (NO): 23 pts.
